Facilities Handyperson: On-Site Maintenance & Repairs

Job Description

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a time-served maintenance engineer for on-site duties across our facilities management contract in Scotland. You will bring a general maintenance background with hands-on skills in carpentry, painting, door hanging, carpet and Lino repairs, tiling, and minor plumbing.

The role requires knowledge of L8 ACOP, Legionella awareness, first aid, and the ability to develop and follow safety documentation while delivering reactive works and PPMs to SLAs and KPIs.
