Face to Face Fundraiser (Self Employed Contractor)

Up to £70,000+ Weekly Pay Flexible Hours

About the Role

We are looking for driven, confident and resilient people to join us as Face to Face Fundraisers. You’ll represent Local Hospice Lottery, engaging with the public and encouraging them to support their local hospice by joining our weekly lottery.

This role suits fundraisers who are happy, friendly and tenacious, enjoy working face to face with the public, and have a good sense of humour when dealing with the ups and downs of field fundraising.

This is a self employed contractor role, giving you complete control over when and how much you work.

Earning Potential

  • Up to £70,000+ depending on your consistency and commitment
  • Earn From £30 per chance for every new number sign up to the draw
  • Weekly pay for every new
  • Performance based earnings – the more you put on you are paid at a higher rate per number signed up to the draw

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speaking with members of the public about Local Hospice Lottery
  • Inspiring people to support their local hospice by joining the lottery
  • Working door to door, with some venue based opportunities (location dependent)
  • Managing your own activity in an organised and professional way
  • Using our simple digital system to sign up new supporters
  • Representing a trusted not for profit organisation positively and confidently
  • Full training provided

Essential Requirements

You must have:

  • Experience in face to face fundraising or direct sales (essential)
  • Confidence speaking with members of the public in a face to face environment
  • A resilient, tenacious and driven mindset
  • Motivation to work independently and earn results based income
  • A happy, friendly approach, plus a good sense of humour

Self Employment Information

This is a genuine self employed contractor role. Earnings are performance based and depend on your effort, consistency and commitment.

Fundraisers who work regularly typically earn up to £70,000 per year, with high performers exceeding this.
