Job Description
Job Title: Fabricator/ Plater
Location: Aberdeen
We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Plater to join our workshop in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of various steel structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
- Cut and shape steel plates and sections to required measurements
- Weld components using MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within specified timeframes
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator in a similar workshop environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay Rates:
PAYE:
Standard Day Pay Rate: £19.40ph,
Overtime Weekend Day Rate: £38.80ph
Shifts:
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:00-17:30
