Cyan Renewables is seeking a driven Manufacturing & Operations Lead to spearhead day-to-day operations and ensure project success. This role requires expertise in fabrication, welding, and a solid background in heavy engineering, preferably subsea or offshore.

The successful candidate will manage the full tender lifecycle while fostering strong client relationships and adhering to safety and quality standards.
