Job Title: Fabric Technician
Location: Glasgow & Central Belt
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00am – 4:00pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fabric Technician covering Glasgow and Central Belt to handle planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring building fabric is well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPM and reactive repairs on doors, windows, ceilings, walls, and flooring.
- Minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of completed tasks.
- Fire door maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
- Experience in fabric maintenance or similar role.
- Basic skills in building repairs, carpentry, and plumbing.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Fire door experinace
- Joinery background would be a bonus!
