External Services Team Lead: Cleaning & Waste

Job Description

ABM at The Gyle Shopping Centre in Edinburgh is seeking an External Team Leader to coordinate day-to-day external services, including cleaning, waste management and trolley collection across the estate. You will supervise operatives on shift, ensure safety and presentation standards, and actively contribute to task delivery and service levels on site.

The role combines hands-on operational duties with leadership responsibilities, driving task allocation, training, and compliance with site
