External People Committee Member – HR Strategy (Hybrid)

Job Description

The Scottish Funding Council is seeking an External Committee Member for its People Committee. This role is unremunerated but offers valuable experience overseeing the People Strategy.

Successful candidates will contribute their HR expertise and insight, engaging in committee discussions and providing strategic guidance. Role responsibilities include supporting executive appointments and advising on remuneration frameworks.

This position involves hybrid working arrangements and meetings in Edinburgh, with additional responsibilities to comply with SFC’s Model Code of Conduct.
