Escape Recruitment is working with a global manufacturing organisation to recruit an Export Team Leader.
This role will lead a team responsible for global export coordination, customer delivery and customs compliance while supporting the continued growth of international operations.
The Role

Lead and develop a team of Customer Service and Export Coordinators

Manage day-to-day export operations across global markets

Ensure customs compliance and accurate export documentation

Work with customs authorities and freight forwarders

Support global customer contracts and pricing queries

Drive improvements across export and customer processes

Support trade finance activity including Letters of Credit
Experience
-
Export or international logistics experience
-
Knowledge of customs legislation and export compliance
-
Experience leading or supervising a team
-
ERP system experience
-
Strong organisational and numerical skills
