  • Prepare and submit applications for Confirmation and liaise with relevant parties as required.
  • Draft legal documents, including wills and powers of attorney, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on executry processes and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases and correspondence.
