Description
- Manage executry cases from initial instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and submit applications for Confirmation and liaise with relevant parties as required.
- Draft legal documents, including wills and powers of attorney, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on executry processes and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases and correspondence.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless client service.
- Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining excellent client relationships.
