The House of Bruar is seeking an Executive/Senior Chef to take our Highlands restaurant to the next level. You will own the food, set standards, and lead a brigade to deliver exceptional quality at volume.

You will reposition or elevate our food offer, build supplier stories with Scottish producers, and front the food in press, marketing and awards submissions. A high-level, strategic chef role in a five-star operation awaits.
