Evolve IT Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with our longstanding family-run Dundee client working in the technology space. They are currently looking for an Office Operations Manager to take over and develop the smooth running of operations, admin and finance. This is the ideal role for someone based in the Dundee area, to join a great company on a permanent basis and really make a difference.
The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset, be able to work autonomously and their contributions will make a big difference to the company. Ideally, you will be coming from a background where you have experience working with finance systems like Sage or Xero. This role will be providing office support, as well as taking on projects to streamline and improve processes. You will be involved in the day-to-day duties of the office, as well as future-proofing the procedures and modernizing systems.
The successful Office Operations Manager will have the following experience:

Experience in an office management role

A pro-active mindset, with the ability to take ownership and work autonomously

An understanding of finance, for example, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting and processing of invoices, expenses and financial transactions.

The ability to provide financial reports and present where improvements can be made

A strong knowledge of general administration including experience working with MS Office Suite

Experience working with systems such as Sage or Xero
