Events & Banqueting Lead

Job Description

Manorview is seeking a hands-on leader to head the Front of House during wedding and events. You will oversee shift operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive service excellence across all events. The role reports to Senior Management and collaborates with the Wedding and Events Sales team to deliver memorable experiences.

You will develop your team, manage training, and uphold Health & Safety standards while adapting to last-minute requests and changes to ensure flawless events.
