Evening Duty Manager – Hospitality Leader & Guest Experience

Job Description

Warner Hotels is seeking a Duty Manager for the Thoresby Hall site to lead the hotel on an evening shift (5pm-10pm). You will oversee reception, housekeeping, F&B and night operations, delivering service excellence while maintaining safety and standards.

You will engage guests, resolve issues, coach teams, and ensure costs are controlled without compromising guest experience. A strong hospitality background and calm leadership are essential.
