This hands-on role will act as a trusted HR advisor, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and talent development. The ideal candidate will have proven HRBP experience in a multi-country environment, with in-depth knowledge of UK, German, and French employment law. Regular travel across Europe will be required, alongside a focus on delivering strategic HR support and enhancing employee experience.
