Lands’ End, Inc. is seeking a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing Europe to lead cross-channel growth initiatives for European markets from our hybrid setups in Rutland, UK or Mettlach, Germany.

The role focuses on acquiring customers, optimizing retention and revenue, and managing agencies with a data-driven test-and-learn approach to maximize ROAS across PPC, SEO, social, and affiliate channels.
