Remuneration: £50,000 – £60,000neg + Potential Bonus Scheme

The role of Estimator Bespoke Joinery & Fit-Out will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with a range of manufactured bespoke joinery and fit-out projects within the commercial sector
- Review tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlines
- Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
- Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Producing formal quotations to customers
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value from £50k to £3m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Bespoke Joinery & Fit-Out with
- Must have estimating experience within joinery, manufacturing, or fit-out sectors
- Candidates from a manufacturing background are highly desirable
- Open to estimators from manufacturing, even without joinery or fit-out experience
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
