Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Estimator. Joining a successful family owned business established over 55 years ago, you will work on residential projects ranging from £5,000 to over £6,000,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed take-offs and costings for windows, doors, and curtain walling.
• Review architect drawings, specifications, and façade consultant reports.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and assist in contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and building standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel formulas).
• Minimum of 18 months relevant industry experience.
