The Estimator will:

The Estimator will collaborate with the Bids and Sales teams to maintain a strong project pipeline, developing detailed cost estimates, ensuring compliance with client requirements, managing subcontractor quotations, identifying risks and opportunities, and organizing all tender information. You will also issue project budgets, lead handover meetings, analyze tender feedback, and work closely with internal teams and clients while adhering to the RSK HSEQ Management System.

Could you be the Estimator for the job?

  • Years served quantity surveying or estimating experience within the construction or civil engineering sector
  • Experience in interpreting contracts/contractual terms, including JCT, NEC, ICC
  • Must be in possession of a full driving licence and be eligible to live and work in the UK
