Estates Operative: Grounds & Cleaning (Temp)

Job Description

Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association Limited in Cumbernauld is seeking an Estates Operative to join the Estate Services team. The role covers basic ground maintenance, including grass cutting, hedge pruning and pesticide spraying, and involves cleaning communal blocks across multiple sites.

You will work in a two-person squad or alone as required. Relevant certificates or willingness to obtain them are required, along with a valid UK driving licence.
