Environmental Health Officer – Hybrid (Public Health)

Job Description

Midlothian Council is recruiting two Environmental Health Officers to join the Public Health Environmental Protection Team. The posts are permanent with a 36-hour week and a hybrid working pattern, based at Fairfield House near Edinburgh. Applicants may be considered for part-time work.

The salary starts at £44,989.60 per year and progression follows council pay scales. Suitable candidates will hold an Environmental Health degree plus REHIS postgraduate diploma.
