Environmental DD Lead – ESG & EHS Advisory

Job Description

Ramboll is seeking an Environmental Consultant for Due Diligence to join our UK transactions team. You will identify EHS and ESG risks, deliver Phase I ESAs, and provide targeted due diligence advice for buy-side and sell-side transactions.

You will work with in-house specialists across EHS/ESG disciplines, support client proposals, and coordinate inputs to meet tight M&A deadlines. Travel within the UK and Ireland is expected.
