Matchtech is looking for a Digital Business Change Manager to support a pivotal transformation programme within their client’s Digital portfolio in Scotland. This role is vital in delivering large-scale IT and Cyber change initiatives across a complex environment.

The position involves leading integrated change strategies, focusing on the people side of change, and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Perth, or Inverness for 50% of the time.
