We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Engineering Training Coordinator for our Perth Head Office, supporting our Engineers across the UK. What you’ll be doing Owning and coordinating 100+ training courses a year, from scheduling and bookings to accommodation and joining instructions. Keeping diaries organised. Processing and tracking invoices accurately. Supporting apprenticeship programmes and responding to related queries. Being the go-to link between colleagues across the country for engineering activities Problem solving / managing general queries quickly and efficiently. Organising and delivering large scale events. Liaising with external suppliers and maintaining & building great working relationships. Tracking, storing and maintaining electronic training certificates. What we’re looking for Experience in a training, learning & development, or coordination role, ideally within an engineering, technical, operational, or safety-critical environment (but we’re open to transferable backgrounds). Strong administrative and organisational skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office to manage training records, schedules, and reporting. A people-focused approach, with the confidence to work closely with engineers, managers, and external providers, proactively chasing actions, deadlines, and compliance requirements. The ability to plan, analyse information, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, operational environment where priorities can change. Proven experience managing multiple workstreams at once, with the ability to prioritise effectively and keep training activity on track.
