Job Description

Terumo Aortic in Inchinnan, Scotland, seeks an experienced engineering leader to oversee EO sterilisation processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will provide technical direction, coach a small team and translate management priorities into actionable plans across quality, operations and validation.

The role requires EO sterilisation expertise, strong project management and robust knowledge of quality systems, CAPA, change control and risk assessment.
