HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents across dementia, nursing and residential care settings. You will work closely with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events and create activity ideas that reflect residents’ hobbies, all carried out with kindness and respect.
