The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations is seeking an Engagement Officer to join their Communications and Engagement Team in Scotland. This role focuses on empowering communities by coordinating events and managing complex complaints. Candidates should have a professional qualification in housing or customer service and experience in data-driven decision-making. A full driving license and access to a car are required. The position offers a 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
