Employment Tax Senior Manager – Top 30 Accountancy Firm

Glasgow £65,000 – £75,000 + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced Employment Tax professional ready to take ownership of a growing client portfolio? Do you enjoy leading advisory projects, developing high performing teams, and working with clients across a diverse range of sectors? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected national firm during an exciting period of growth and play a key role in shaping its Employment Tax offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex Employment Tax advisory and HMRC enquiry projects.
• Provide strategic advice on employment status, contractor compliance, and reward planning.
• Manage a portfolio of high value clients across varied sectors.
• Develop and mentor a team of Managers and junior staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and tenders.
• Deliver technical training sessions and employment tax updates internally and externally.
• Work closely with Partners to drive service line growth and ensure best in class delivery.

About you

• Strong technical expertise in Employment Tax, ideally gained within practice.
• CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of managing clients and delivering high quality advisory projects.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership and commercial skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and build long term client relationships.
