Job Description

South Ayrshire Council is looking for an Emergency Response Team Operator to support monitoring and responding to Community Alarm Service, Domestic Abuse and Anti-Social Behaviour alarms, telephone enquiries, lone worker systems and CCTV monitoring in Ayr.

The post is graded Level 5 and office-based, with successful applicants placed on a bank list and contacted to work as service requirements arise. The role involves working in a structured team environment.
