Emergency Pet Care Call Handler – Evenings & Weekends

Job Description

Vets Now is seeking part time call handlers for our Dunfermline Contact Centre to support our emergency service. You will work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with training schedules and clear protocols. The role focuses on handling urgent calls, offering consultations, and logging data securely.

Shifts range from 3-8 hours, with some contracts covering late evenings. Standard rate is £13.45/hr, with enhanced night rate (£15.60/hr) for hours 23:00-08:00.
