You will act as the primary 1:1 medical caregiver for an 80-year-old VIP, executing complex health protocols, managing all pharmaceutical dispensations, and orchestrating advanced medical logistics.
The role is integrated into a premium healthcare unit directed by a Western Trained Lead Doctor and supported by Western Trained Physiotherapists. Shift safety is ensured by a double-nurse staffing model, so you are never the sole practitioner on duty. This elite operation functions on a mobile basis, with travel across Marbella, Mallorca, the Algarve, Greece, the Côte d’Azur, Ibiza, and Monaco.
Requirements
- Degree: An accredited 4-year BSN (Western education standard) is an absolute prerequisite.
- Clinical Tenure: 4+ years of recent, fast-paced acute hospital experience (such as ER, ICU, or critical care).
- Linguistics: Impeccable command of the English language (Native or C1 Advanced).
- Availability: Total readiness to undertake extensive, continuous international journeys.
- Experience: Medical degree from the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Minimum 5+ years post-specialisation. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related fields preferred. Fluent English essential. Private/concierge medicine or travel medicine experience strongly preferred. High discretion, clinical autonomy, and international travel flexibility required.
