About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrical Engineer to join a permanent team in Dunfermline, working on a large-scale, high-profile commercial site. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of building services and electrical systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime and smooth site operations.

Carry out inspections, testing, and certification in line with current regulations.

Support the wider maintenance team with building systems and general facility operations.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and statutory regulations while maintaining high standards of work.

Provide excellent customer service while working in a client-facing environment.
Requirements

18th Edition qualification (essential).

Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including fault finding and planned maintenance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (desirable).
