Electrician, Edinburgh, Salary from £37,000 to £39,000 per annum & Static Site Based Opportunity with free parking!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join a dynamic and high-performing team within a leading Facilities Management company. This role focuses on both planned and reactive electrical maintenance at a busy office site in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), including lighting and plant checks, general building maintenance, and inspections.
- Execute reactive electrical repairs, including lighting and distribution board maintenance.
- Conduct routine PPM visits and respond to reactive maintenance requirements for electrical assets throughout the site.
- Diagnose and repair Air Handling Units (AHUs) and HVAC systems.
- Supervise and support subcontractors onsite for PPM and reactive works.
Requirements for the Role:
- 18th Edition (BS7671) qualification.
- City & Guilds / SVQ: Level II/III Electrical Installations.
- Proven experience within the facilities management or building services industry.
- Competency in diagnosing and repairing Air Handling Units (AHU) and HVAC systems is highly desirable.
