Electrician, £26.50 per hour, Temp to Perm, Glasgow, Commercial
Benefits
- Pay rate: £26.50 per hour.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am 4:30pm, and Friday, 8:00am 3:30pm.
- Contract: Rolling contract with potential work until mid-December.
- Varied projects: Opportunities to work across retail, hospitality, hotels, theatres, retirement flats and industrial facilities.
- Team environment: Travel to sites with an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out full electrical rewires and installations.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, air conditioning and electric vehicle charging points.
- Complete first-fix and second-fix electrical work.
- Perform electrical repairs, maintenance and fault-finding.
- Install containment systems and distribution boards.
- Work safely and efficiently across multiple commercial sites, including projects such as Glasgow Central and Blythswood.
Requirements
- Valid 18th Edition electrical qualification.
- Previous commercial electrical experience.
- Valid ECS card.
- Own tools and safety boots.
- Ability to work across multiple sites throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt.
- Strong commitment to health and safety, quality workmanship and teamwork.
