First People Solutions are working with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor for projects in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of work across commercial, educational and industrial sectors.
The Role:
- Oversee and manage electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and material management
- Work closely with project managers to deliver on time and within budget
- Conduct inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks
- Maintain health & safety protocols on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor in M&E or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and compliance
- SSSTS/SMSTS and 18th Edition certification preferred
- Ability to lead teams and drive project efficiency
- Full UK driving license
