Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in both domestic and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing electrical installations and site activities. Experience with a Tier 1 company is preferred. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and manage all electrical works for both domestic and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate on-site electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow, effective communication, and high-quality workmanship.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical works with overall project objectives.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical works are carried out in strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary safety measures.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, providing technical guidance and support to the team.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including progress reports, safety logs, and materials usage, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.

Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong focus on domestic and commercial projects.
- Proven track record of managing electrical works, including team leadership and project coordination.
- Experience working with a Tier 1 construction company is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.

- Full UK driving license and the ability to travel to various sites as required.
