Job Description
Our client is seeking a hands-on Electrical Systems Support Engineer to join their expanding team. Graduate & Junior engineer applications are welcome. Full training and mentoring provided with excellent development opportunities.
This role will act as a key link between the design engineering function and shop floor operations, supporting electrical systems integration, troubleshooting, commissioning and continuous improvement activities.
The position would suit a practical, proactive engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems and working closely with technicians, production staff and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support electrical integration and system build activities
- Assist production and shop floor teams with technical issues
- Troubleshoot electrical and systems-related faults
- Support commissioning and testing activities
- Work closely with design engineers to resolve build and production challenges
- Help ensure systems are practical, functional and production-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on engineering mindset
- Comfortable working closely with production/shop floor teams
