HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a healthcare facilities portfolio across Glasgow. The role offers stable, Monday-Friday hours, no call-out rota, and predictable maintenance across commercial sites.

You’ll perform PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding, lighting tests and distribution board inspections, with 50/50 split between planned and reactive tasks. A clean UK driving licence and 18th edition are required for site access and compliance.
