Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Do you have mechanical or electrical maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing/factory environment?
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to assist a busy maintenance department by undertaking scheduled and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment.
You re an experienced Maintenance Engineer and have a mechanical or electrical background under your belt and looking to join a truly entrepreneurial business, driven by a family and senior team who are passionate about getting things right, engaging with staff and growing their market share.
Typical duties include:
- Respond to breakdowns and diagnose faults
- Assist in carrying out repairs and servicing equipment
- Liaise with Maintenance Manager and Supervisor on progressing work
- Ensure first-class working standards are maintained
- Organise workshop areas to ensure cleanliness and that workspace is adequately utilised
What you ll need:
- General factory maintenance experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
In exchange, you can expect a salary over £40,000 inclusive of shift allowance. There is also significant overtime available should you wish.
