Job Description
Day to day, you will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing faults, as well as repairing and maintaining the electrical aspects of facilities within a busy waterfront environment.
Due to the nature of the contract, candidates must already hold full SC clearance, which will be transferred.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of electrical systems

Identify electrical defects and carry out effective repairs

Work in accordance with relevant electrical regulations and safety standards

Interpret and work from maintenance documentation, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Essential Experience
-
Proven experience in electrical fitting or maintenance within an industrial, commercial, or marine environment

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

Strong commitment to safe working practices, including understanding statements of work and risk assessments

Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces when required
Qualifications

Completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship

Qualified to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC)
Role Details

Monday to Friday, day shift (alternative working patterns may apply in some areas)

36 hours per week with an early finish on Fridays

39.00 per hour (Umbrella) or 29.12 per hour PAYE + 3.51 per hour holiday pay
