Job Description
Maxwell Consultancy have partnered with a growing engineering business in Glasgow who require an EDM Machinist for their state of the art workshop. The company have a generous benefits package and great staff retention. This a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week.
What’s required?
- Time-served engineer
- Set/operate Spark & wire erosion machinery
- Run the EDM/Wire machines in line with the programs and monitor performance to ensure the cycle times are met
- Working with various batch sizes
- Ability to follow technical engineer drawings
- Maintain accurate work log
- Adhere to health & safety procedures within the workshop at all times
