Search Hospitality in Edinburgh is seeking a General Manager for a high-energy, student-led bar in the city centre. You will head up busy night shifts, own operations from social media to suppliers, lead from the floor and drive guest experience with a hands-on approach.

The role requires a senior bar or hospitality background, strong leadership, and excellent rota/stock control skills. Personal Licence Holder preferred; the team thrives on nightlife, music, and live promotions.
