Burberry is seeking a Team Manager for our Edinburgh Multrees Walk boutique. You will lead a small but high-performing team, delivering immersive luxury retail experiences while coaching colleagues to achieve exceptional client service and commercial results.

You will nurture client relationships on the shop floor, drive performance across product categories, and champion Burberry’s standards and values. A visible leadership role with opportunities to influence boutique success and talent
