Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre (Princes Street) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our busy Edinburgh kitchen. You’ll manage rotas, place orders, lead a team during service and ensure quality and hygiene standards.

This hands-on leadership role offers a clear path to senior kitchen roles, with training and support, and a contract for fixed term until Jan 2027. The position pays up to £14.81 per hour for 40 hours weekly.
