Job Description

Heritage Portfolio in Edinburgh is seeking a Staffing & Training Manager to oversee workforce planning and lead the design and delivery of training for our food and beverage operations at Edinburgh venues.

You will ensure the right people are in the right roles, manage rotas and payroll, develop onboarding and annual training calendars, and drive improvements in retention and guest service across Edinburgh Zoo and Royal Botanic Gardens projects.
