ED Front Desk Specialist: Patient Care and Scheduling

Job Description

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a reception-focused role within the Acute Emergency Department to ensure efficient patient flow and data quality. You will greet patients, collect demographics, liaise with ED staff and ambulance services, and support appointment booking and scanning of records.

The role includes working shifts across posted times, with a focus on accurate data entry, high-quality customer care, and coordination across Hairmyres, Monklands and Wishaw sites.
