Early Years Practitioner – Craigentinny Primary School
Salary: £30,188 – £34,452 per year (pro rata for part-time and sessional). Hours: 36 per week, 39 weeks sessional.
Craigentinny Primary School are looking to recruit an experienced practitioner to join our Primary One department as an Early Years Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Based across two Primary One classes and the Discovery Room; work closely with Primary One teachers, developing play pedagogy, supporting with the delivery of literacy and numeracy, and being involved in the personal care of some learners.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience as an Early Years Practitioner or equivalent within a primary setting.
- Regulated work with children and/or protected adults; PVG Scheme membership or update required. Overseas Criminal Record Check if spent 3+ months outside the UK in the last 5 years. Pre-employment checks must be satisfactory.
