Job Description

RSM is seeking an Early Careers Senior Specialist on a 9-12 month FTC to lead a small team and manage end-to-end recruitment for our early careers programmes. The role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver the national recruitment strategy and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

You will travel to various national offices and attend external events as required, contributing to a dynamic and growing early careers function.
