Dynamic Administrator – Data, Reporting & Ops Support

Job Description

Mears Group in Coatbridge is seeking two Administrators to support multiple teams on a fixed-term and a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 16:30. The role carries a salary of up to £28,072.84 per annum plus benefits.

The successful candidates will be proactive, methodical and able to work on their own initiative, maintaining records, producing reports, and ensuring data quality while handling high-volume workloads across departments.
