Job Description

Are you an experienced Driver looking for a new opportunity in the City of Edinburgh? Our client, a well-established organisation based in Sighthill North, is currently seeking a Part-Time Driver to join their team. If you have a clean driver’s licence and enjoy being on the road, delivering mail and data to various sites within the Edinburgh area, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a vehicle and ensure the timely delivery of mail and data to our client’s sites
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organised vehicle, ensuring it is properly fueled and in good working condition
  • Handle delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries
  • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the team

Requirements:

  • Possess a clean driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the Edinburgh area and its surrounding regions
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
