Key Qualifications
- Positive attitude and one team mentality.
- Player focused with a passion for delivering an excellent experience.
- Ability to stay calm and thrive in a high volume, popular environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently.
- Prepare non alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas.
- Bus bays and tables; fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
- Assist in restocking stations, help on the tee line, and keep common areas clean.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to keep the area clean, safe, and compliant.
- Live Topgolf core values-Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring-in daily interactions.
Physical Requirements
- On your feet for most of the day; comfortable with walking throughout the shift.
- Engaged in a variety of physical tasks ranging from light to moderate activity.
- Capable of sustaining pace in a fast moving environment over long shifts.
